About Me
“I am a life and health coach, husband, father of two, outdoor enthusiast, a bit of a health fanatic and thoroughly enjoy helping others create positive change within their own life.”

I was raised in Northern California by my transplanted New York hippie parents. I grew up eating carob cake, local goat milk, and organic vegetables long before it was trendy. My days were spent running barefoot in the woods and climbing trees. In fact, the only time we were able to watch TV was when the wind blew our antennae just right. Fast forward into my late teens and 20’s and I had become victim to the SAD (Standard American Diet).
Unbeknownst to me, eating processed foods and following the low fat craze was physically wiping me out. By the time I was 30, I was conferring with physicians and getting lab work to figure out why I was felt so crappy. Although the lab work came back “normal”, I knew something wasn’t right. It wasn’t until I took matters into my own hands and started experimenting with ancestral nutrition that the tide began to turn and I felt alive again. It amazes me that I feel so much better physically and energetically at the age of 45 than I did when I was 30.
If you are considering hiring a coach, I highly recommend Jeb. I have worked with several coaches and Jeb is at the top of my list. He has innate skills and was the perfect coach for me. I had a specific goal and with Jeb’s support I achieved my goal in the timeline I needed. His wisdom and knowledge will enable him to help many. Thank you, Jeb, for your expertise and guidance!

Being the father of 1 and 3 year old boys has rewarded and challenged me in ways I couldn’t have even imagined. Along with my wife, my two sons are my greatest love. That being said, I am continuously amazed with how challenging it is trying to raise and provide for our sons nutritionally, physically, and emotionally. Due to the strong emotional nature and typical antics of a 3 year old, I find myself frequently saying that he is my greatest teacher. Every day he presents me with the opportunity to be mindful of my own emotional reactions so that I can better provide for him. Although far from perfect, I am committed to the lifelong process of increasing my ability to “respond” to my emotional stressors, instead of “react” to them. I am heartened to realize that my parents raised me with a similar foundation to what I am providing for my children.
My personal health battles with years of asthma, metabolic syndrome, chronic heartburn (GERD), poor mental and physical energy, brain fog, chronic low back pain and eczema led me to taking my health into my own hands. Through education and self-experimentation with numerous nutrition, health and fitness techniques I have been able to remedy my ailments. I now lead a life full of mental and physical energy and vigor……all day……every day! Ok, ok…most every day ☺
Having created so much change for myself I am compelled to empower others in achieving their own personal, professional and health related goals.
